nflection lets you export contact and audience lists as a CSV file. This can be performed from your dynamic lists, journey audiences, journey reports, and static lists.
Exports in Inflection happen in the background while you're still using the platform. Once the export finishes, your download will start automatically. You can also manually download the export by clicking the download link after it's done.
Go to Assets > Static List.
Find and open the Static List you wish to export.
Click on the Actions on the top-corner and select Export List under “Export Contacts”.
Select the columns (contact and account fields) you want in your exported CSV.
Your static list is now exporting. You will see a collapsible progress indicator at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Note that Static lists are contact level assets, so you can only export contact and account fields for a static list.
Go to Journeys and open a journey whose audience list you wish to export.
On the left panel, click on View next to the “Audience” subheading.
Make any changes to the audience filter if necessary and click on Preview Dynamic List on the top-right corner.
Preview and ensure that the audience list was filtered correctly. Click on the Export List button on the top-right corner.
